Dividend Growth Rate

Dividend growth rate measures how fast a company increases its dividend payments over time, typically expressed as a percentage per year. Companies that consistently grow dividends — often called Dividend Aristocrats — tend to be financially stable. Even a modest 6-7% annual growth can double your income in about a decade.
