ETF (Exchange-Traded Fund)

An ETF is a basket of stocks, bonds, or other assets that trades on an exchange like a single stock. ETFs offer instant diversification, typically low expense ratios, and intraday liquidity. Dividend-focused ETFs (SCHD, VYM, DGRO, JEPI, JEPQ) have become one of the most popular ways to get dividend income without picking individual stocks.
